Shipping policy

Dear customer, as a small business I believe in service and support. I hold some stock, but offer an extensive colour range, often with designs created with from four to eight colours combined. I often need to order yarn from the mill to complete your knitting kit, as soon as the yarn arrives in the Sydney studio your kit will be despatched. Please allow a week to ten days for despatch. I will email you when your parcel is mailed. Please email me to advise that your knitting kit has arrived, I am always happy to answer any questions as you knit your garment. Thanks Jane.
