The Ruby Swagger Long Length Knitting Kit includes the knitting pattern, Australian wool and five handmade or shell buttons, depending upon the colour of your yarn. The front bands are knitted as part of each front to the shoulder; the band extends to form the Vee Shawl Collar or High Round Collar, both collar options are included in the knitting instructions.
Two Length Options and seven chest sizes. The knitting kit is offered as two individual products Short Length or Long Length. Short length in Stone Fleck with High Round Collar. Long Length knitted in Light Olive with Vee Shawl Collar.
A line styling: The fullness into the hip is decreased into the Double Moss panels between the cables, creating the high waisted fit in the back of the garment and finally tailoring the knitting to the shoulder, allowing fullness/ease in the chest to drape.
The sleeve increase is worked into the centre panel of the sleeve, as well as at the seam edge.
Sizes: The knitting pattern has seven chest sizes from 33"to 51"/ 84cm to 130cm, with a chest ease of 5"/ 13cm - so finished chest size 51" will be 56".
The shorter length is knitted in Stone Fleck from 27.5" to 30.5"/ 70cm to 77cm.
The Longer Length knitted in Light Olive from 30.4" to 33"/ 78cm to 84cm
Kits Chest sizes: Small (first 3 sizes of pattern) up to 40"/ 101cm - Hip 50"/127cm
Medium: Up to 45"/ 114cm - Hip 53"/135cm
Large: Up to 51"/ 130cm - hip 60"/152cm.
Collar Option: Sample worn is knitted in colour Stone Fleck (Short Length) and has the High Round Collar. The second option knitted in Light Olive (long Length) is the Vee Shawl Collar.
