The Killarney Aline Knitting Kit includes the knitting pattern, Australian wool and triangle buttons in colour to match. The Aline Style adds 4"/10cm ease into the hips.
Sizes: The knitting pattern has six chest sizes from 32"to 47"/ 81 - 120cm with a chest ease of 1"/ 2.5cm per size. Extra Hip ease can be incorporated into the garment, adding 4"/10cm into the hip.
Knitting Kits:
Small/ Medium (first 3 sizes of pattern) up to 38"/97cm (Aline hip = 41"/104cm) $215
Medium/Large: up to 47"/120cm (Aline hip = 51"/130cm) $225.
Details: The sleeve have Basket Stitch between cables. The back has the Thistle pattern between cables and panels of basket stitch as the sleeves. The fronts have different patterns, the right front the Thistle pattern as the back and the Left front has the Lace Leaf pattern. The yokes on both fronts have large bell stitch patterns. The front bands are knitted as one with each front.
Round Neck: The front button bands in Basket stitch are knitted as one with the fronts of the garment. The stitches are picked up for the neckband. This can be knitted short or long - the long creates a small turn back.
