The Fan, Bell & Cable Knitting Pattern includes all sizes and both length options
SHORT Length 52 -56cm/20.5 - 22". LONG Length 60 -64cm/ 23.5-25".
Test your skills: This design is supported by a knitting class, allowing you to test your skill level over two knitted samples and just 30sts. When you order the knitting kit this knitting class is included and will be emailed to you and the knitting kit will follow in the mail.
Sizes: The knitting pattern has eight chest sizes from 33"to 54"/ 81 - 137cm with a chest ease of 1"/ 2.5cm per size. Extra Hip ease can be incorporated into the garment, adding 3"/8cm into the hip.
Kits: Small (first 3 sizes of pattern) up to 39"/99cm (add 3"/8cm hip = 42"/106cm)
Medium: up to 48"/122cm (add 3"/8cm hip = 51"/130cm)
Large: up to 54"/137cm (add 3"/8cm hip = 57"/145cm)
Details: Back and fronts are commenced in two pieces, to create the centre back split and splits centre of each front. The adjoining edges each have a cable and when the two halves of the garment join, the cables create a large Crab Claw Cable.
Round Neck: The front button bands in Double Moss are knitted as one with the fronts of the garment. The stitches are picked up for the neckband; this can be knitted short or long - the long creates a small turn back.
