The Harvest Cardigan (short length) Knitting Kit includes the knitting pattern, Australian wool and seven buttons which vary from handmade to shell buttons depending on the colour match.
SHORT Length 53cm - 57cm/21" - 22"
LONG Length 61cm - 65cm/ 24" - 26" listed as separate product.
Sizes: The knitting pattern has eight chest sizes from 32"to 54"/ 81 - 137cm with a chest ease of 1"/ 2.5cm per size. Extra hip ease can be incorporated into the garment, adding 3"/8cm into the hip.
Kits: Small (first 3 sizes of pattern) up to 37"/94cm (add 3"/8cm hip = 42"/106cm).
Medium: up to 44"/112cm (add 3"/8cm hip = 51"/130cm).
Large: up to 54"/137cm (add 3"/8cm hip = 57"/145cm).
Details: Knitting instructions include row by row pattern as well as graphs. Instructions comm with the sleeves with the small tree, which is also on the lower body of the front and back. The back has the Apple Tree centre back. The design has standard cables and Tree motif Snake Cable - which twists in alternate directions.
Round Neck: The front button bands in Basket Stitch are knitted as one with the fronts of the garment. The stitches are picked up for the neckband, this can be knitted short or long - the long creates a small turn back.
